The hotel had potential with its central location but really

fell short on cleanliness and amenities. The air conditioning worked well, but we found dirty carpets and a moldy smell throughout the building. The neglected pool area was particularly disappointing for a family vacation.

this place is a prime example of mismanagement. the carpets are dirty, and my room had a broken phone like i was in a horror movie. surprise surprise, no smoke alarms either! also, considering my 'special' status, i expected a little welcome gift. but nope, just broken promises. almost gave a good review, but couldn’t.

I appreciated the close proximity to Harbor Shores Golf Club, which my wife and I enjoyed exploring. The area had a nice vibe, and we had a lovely time visiting local spots, including a few wineries nearby. The parking lot was spacious, making it easy to access our vehicle.

My wife says that the hotel definitely needs better maintenance. the overall condition was quite disappointing.

The King Room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with an old-school charm that I appreciated. Plus, the indoor pool was a nice touch, even if it could use some updates.

The hotel was a total letdown. we experienced mold and unclean conditions, and only one towel was provided for our group. The 5th floor did smell like garbage, which was a huge disappointment.

Walking into the room felt like stepping back in time, complete with peeling wallpaper and remnants of past occupants, including a bit of unpleasant scent that hit me right away. I noticed definitely too few towels for three guests, and the old carpet could have used a serious cleaning. The vibes around the premises seemed more on the sketchy side, especially with broken amenities and a lack of overall upkeep. Also, the absence of a coffee maker or even decent breakfast options left me a bit disappointed, despite having expected something more.
